    In commercial matters:  representation of corporations, partnerships, investment entities, and individuals in federal, state and bankruptcy court litigation involving contracts, business torts, fraud and fraudulent conveyances, intellectual property, and statutory violations.

    In real estate matters:  representation of owners, property managers, lessors, lessees, lending institutions, insurance companies, condominium associations, co-op boards, construction companies, brokers, and architects in real estate and landlord-tenant litigation, mortgage foreclosures, summary eviction proceedings, brokerage disputes, director and officer liability actions, lien law and construction disputes, and plenary actions for breach of lease.  Also represents parties in real estate transactions such as sales, purchases, leases, and easements.

    In literary contracts:  representation of authors in negotiations of and disputes over literary contracts, as well as advising authors on copyright and other intellectual property matters.
